In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "We / Us / Our" means Pikanet Code, based at 156 Charoenkrung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
• "User" or "You" means any person who accesses our website or enrols in a programme.
• "Programme" means any of the structured online educational courses or tracks offered by Pikanet Code.
• "Content" means all written material, exercises, examples, code, and supporting materials included in a Programme.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation.

By submitting an enquiry form, completing payment, or accessing programme materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our programmes.

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Thailand or your home jurisdiction.

Pikanet Code provides structured online educational programmes in AI development. Current offerings include the Natural Language Processing Course, the AI Ethics and Responsible Development Programme, and the Production AI Systems Track.

Programmes are delivered primarily through written material and structured exercises. There is no fixed schedule or cohort — students access materials at their own pace following enrolment.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain programme availability but do not represent that access will be uninterrupted. We reserve the right to update or revise content; material updates are provided at no additional charge.

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Access to programme materials is provided by email within two working days of payment confirmation.

Your programme access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access credentials or provide the programme materials to any third party.

We do not set a completion deadline. You retain access to the programme materials for as long as we operate the programme, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use our website and programmes in a manner consistent with applicable laws and with these Terms. You must not:

• Share, distribute, or republish programme content in any form
• Use programme content to develop competing educational products
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the structure or content of our materials
• Submit false or misleading information during enrolment or enquiry
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

All programme content — including written material, exercises, code examples, and structural organisation — is owned by Pikanet Code or its authors and is protected by copyright.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and study the programme content for your own educational purposes. This licence does not permit redistribution, publication, or commercial use of the content.

The exercises in our programmes use open-source tools and publicly available datasets. Your rights to those third-party materials are governed by their respective licences.

Programme fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include all applicable taxes.

Refund policy: If you request a refund within 7 days of enrolment and have not accessed the programme materials, we will provide a full refund. After 7 days, or if materials have been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with content difficulty or pacing. We encourage prospective students to contact us with questions before enrolling to ensure the programme is appropriate for their background.

Our programmes are provided for educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of our content, but we do not represent that the content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific professional purpose.

Completion of a programme does not confer a qualification, accreditation, or professional certification unless expressly stated. We do not make representations about employment outcomes or salary changes following completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pikanet Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or programmes, including loss of data, loss of income, or missed opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

We may suspend or terminate your access to programme materials if you breach these Terms, particularly Sections 5 or 6. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

If we discontinue a programme, we will provide enrolled students with at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before pursuing any formal dispute resolution, as many issues can be resolved through direct discussion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
