Contact and Enquiry Data

Name, email address, and phone number (optional) collected when you submit an enquiry form. Used to respond to your enquiry and, if you enrol, to administer your programme access.

Programme Access Data

Email address and name collected at enrolment. Used to provide and manage access to course materials.

Usage and Analytics Data

Anonymous data about how visitors interact with our website, collected via analytics cookies when consent is given. This data does not identify individuals.

Cookie Preference Data

Your cookie consent choice is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not transmit this to our servers.

Legal basis: Enquiry and enrolment data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / PDPA Section 24) and on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)). Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent.

Retention: Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from last contact. Enrolment data is retained for 3 years following programme completion to allow for support requests. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries about our programmes
  • Providing access to enrolled programme materials
  • Delivering course-related support and correspondence
  • Processing payments and maintaining enrolment records
  • Improving our website and course materials using anonymised analytics
